Featured Artist: Olivia Henning

When I met Olivia, I could tell she was full of pure imagination. But I didn’t realize until later that she had created the edible Willy Wonka painting that I drooled over when I saw the Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival article in the Cape Gazette last March. Now you can simply look around our comic shop and view her wonderful work! You can come meet her during Milton’s first Second Saturday, July 14, from 6 to 8pm, but until then, here’s a little bit about her:

“I’m a self-taught artist and award-winning pastry chef. I was born and raised in Delaware with a crayon in one hand and a book in the other. I work primarily in acrylic paints, but often play around with watercolors, colored pencils and 3D art. My work is inspired by the world around me and often includes modern pop culture references or local sites. I am currently a member of the Dewey Artist Collaboration and do what I can to help keep Milton weird.”
